Shipping
Electronic products are available for immediate download once payment is made and verified. Other products such as books and audio products are shipped within 2 workings days. Returns Policy
We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened CDs or DVDs within 30 days of delivery. You may return any of the following purchased: Books in their original PRISTINE conditions, CDs and DVDs unopened. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer. If the goods are damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
